About the role

We are looking for senior, hands-on SAP EWM experts with a strong operational mindset to join our international SAP logistics IT organization. The primary focus of this role is SAP EWM operations: ensuring stable warehouse execution, fast and reliable incident resolution, and professional support in time-critical environments.

What you'll do

Operations & Support (Primary Focus)
Provide 2nd / 3rd-level SAP EWM support in productive environments
Perform queue monitoring, system health checks, and operational troubleshooting
Handle incident, problem, and change management for warehouse-critical processes
Resolve issues under time pressure (e.g. delayed outbound, picking failures, warehouse standstill scenarios)
