About the role

Support Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting, and FSCM components such as Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management. Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, and month-end support.

What you'll do

• Support Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting
• Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, and month-end support
• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
