  • Perform day-to-day SAP ERP provisioning tasks, including ticket processing, reassignments
  • And troubleshooting user-reported issues
  • Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring adherence to SLAs for various ticket types
  • Execute remediation tasks such as removing inappropriate access and applying process
  • Monitor and respond to requests in the provisioning group mailbox
