SAP HCM Test Analyst (HR Systems Quality Assurance)

About the role

We are looking for a HR Quality Assurance Specialist for our team, the role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of changes made to HR technology solutions, primarily within SAP HR and Payroll environments. The role combines business understanding with hands-on testing activities and requires strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.

What you'll do

• Review change requests and understand business requirements
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for HR system changes
• Validate configuration and development changes before production deployment
• Verify that enhancements meet business requirements and do not adversely impact existing functionality
