About the role

The ideal candidate will lead time-related functional workstreams, provide expert-level guidance to clients, and deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with HR and Payroll processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work closely with global teams (particularly in Europe), and proven experience delivering AMS and project services in complex environments.

What you'll do

  • Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including schemas, rules, and work schedules
  • Provide expert support for Time Evaluation , Absence/Attendance Management , Shift Planning , and Interfaces with Payroll
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and convert business needs into functional specifications
  • Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll
