will keep demand, supply and S&OP planning processes running reliably, forecast quality and supply decisions in a regulated, shelf-life-sensitive

What you'll do

• L1.5,L2/L3 support for SAP IBP, resolving incidents and service requests within
• IBP for Demand, Supply (heuristics/optimizer), Inventory and S&OP
• Processes, and Response & Supply where used
• And troubleshoot application jobs, planning operators and data loads
• Integration with S/4HANA or ECC via SAP CPI-DS / Cloud Integration, including

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• SAP
• GMP
• Root cause analysis
• ITIL
• SOP writing
• Demand planning
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• SAP HANA
• Regression testing
