At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications. Profound understanding of Retail business processes.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate support of SAP IS-Retail & implementation at times
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process issues and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail solutions
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems
