About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to support a major SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will focus on developing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs), ensuring business requirements and end-to-end OTC processes are accurately documented and aligned with the overall solution design.

What you'll do

Support the development and maintenance of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs)
Document end-to-end OTC processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing and accounts receivable
Work with business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed specifications
Support process workshops, solution design discussions and documentation reviews
Ensure documentation aligns with SAP best practices and the agreed solution design
