• L1.5, L2/L3 support for SAP PP-DS (embedded in S/4HANA or on SAP APO/SCM)
• Resolving incidents within SLA
• And troubleshoot planning runs, heuristics, optimizer runs and background jobs
• The detailed scheduling planning board, alerts, pegging and order rescheduling
• And troubleshoot master data: PDS, resources, setup matrices, campaign and

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• SAP
• GMP
• Root cause analysis
• SOP writing
• SAP HANA
• ERP
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ITIL
• Production planning
