  • Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM modules (PY, PA, TM, OM) to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices
  • Design, develop, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions including payroll schema, rules, and wage types
  • Manage Time Management configurations such as work schedules, absence/attendance management, time evaluation, and integration with Payroll
  • Configure Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
