Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability. What you'll do

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support
• Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations
• Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
• SAP
• HRMS
• Any graduate
