About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with 7-9 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, integration, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise across SuccessFactors modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable HR transformation solutions.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and design activities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions
Design and implement SuccessFactors modules such as: Employee Central (EC)
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
