About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules. What you'll do

• Serve as a Certified SuccessFactors Consultant in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Tracking modules
• Conduct business requirement workshops and perform Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules, including data models, business rules, workflow configuration, MDF objects
• Implement Time Off configuration, including leave of absence config, accrual rules, PEP rules, and time sheet understanding
• Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module within client organizations

What you need

• 9–12 yrs of experience
• SuccessFactors
• HRMS
• Test cases
• BBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
