What you'll do

Configuring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management modules
Building and maintaining scalable solutions that improve user experience and process efficiency
Partnering with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver system improvements
Managing production changes in line with HRIS governance and compliance standards
Supporting and resolving Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis and problem solving
