About the role

The role ensures accurate monitoring, timely analysis, and proactive recommendations to enhance vessel efficiency, support regulatory reporting, and strengthen decision-making for internal teams and owners.

What you'll do

• Daily review of vessel noon report data, logs, ETS parameters, consumption, and voyage records
• Assist in preparing compliance documentation (EU-MRV/ETS, UK-ETS, IMO-DCS, VGP) and supporting ship onboarding requirements
• Provide general administrative and operational support for SAPS teams, including file management, data entry, tracker updates, and basic analytical tasks
• Generate routine performance reports, summaries, and pre-defined dashboards for internal teams and managers
• Coordinate with vessels and fleet teams to clarify data gaps, request corrections, and communicate routine observations

What you need
