About the role

Provide excellent customer service and ensure brand recognition. Making regular field visits for assessing the areas of branch operations and understanding the scope of client acquisition. Maintenance of the records and documents related to disbursement, recovery, field visits etc. Ensure quality of loan evaluation and application as per the loan policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure brand recognition
• Making regular field visits for assessing the areas of branch operations and understanding the scope of client acquisition
• Ensure quality of loan evaluation and application as per the loan policies and procedures
• Prepare the weekly plan in advance by setting staff targets of disbursement and submit it to the AM/ZM
• Manage TAT's on credit and processing

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Any graduate
