What you'll do

• Develop and execute category innovation strategies by translating consumer, customer, and market insights into competitive product solutions
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights, R&D, and cross-functional teams to create clear innovation briefs and deliver differentiated value propositions
• Lead and coordinate projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring effective execution and speed to market
• Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to align fragrance and category strategies with overall business goals and growth priorities
• Monitor project performance, proactively address technical challenges, and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes
