What you'll do

• Manage the India fragrance portfolio across categories, olfactive directions and price points, ensuring relevant coverage and addressing gaps or duplication
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer feedback to recommend fragrances to retain, refresh, add or retire
• Translate Indian consumer preferences, customer needs and market trends into portfolio priorities and collection opportunities
• Collaborate with Scent Solution Manager and application teams to select, position and deploy fragrance collections
• Maintain accurate fragrance information across portfolio platforms and support improvements to digital search and recommendation tools
