Scheduler

About the role

In this role, the Scheduler II will be responsible for performing advanced administrative duties requiring a good working knowledge of CAE’s operations and a detailed knowledge of their particular department. The incumbent will also demonstrate the ability to efficiently plan work and assess the level of priority of daily activities.

What you'll do

• Responsible in accommodating training booking request(s) submitted by airline planner(s)
• Responsible in planning airlines training roster in the scheduling system
• Ensure all event(s) are assigned to appropriate regulation(s)
• Ensure crew name(s) are assigned to the training session(s)
• Responsible to review the journey log on the last day of the month

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Month-end close
• Diploma
