About the role

The candidate will work in the development and optimization of antibody-latex conjugates for immunoturbidimetric assays while collaborating with multidisciplinary R&D and Quality teams to deliver robust diagnostic products.

What you'll do

  • Design, execute, and optimize antibody purification, characterization, and bioconjugation workflows
  • Develop EDC/NHS-based covalent conjugation strategies for latex and nanoparticle-based diagnostic reagents
  • Optimize antibody loading, blocking conditions, coupling chemistry, and conjugate stability
  • Develop and optimize immunoturbidimetric assays (ITA)
  • Design and execute DOE-based optimization studies for conjugation efficiency and assay performance
