Scrum Master at Fa Ertb Saasfaprod1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

What you'll do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide and coach AI teams in agile principles, promoting self-organization and accountability
• Act as a servant leader and coach to the development team, product owners, and stakeholders
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress or performance
• Track and manage team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.), providing regular updates to stakeholders

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Agile
• JIRA
• Project management
• Confluence
• Azure
• M.Tech or MCA or M.Sc
