GBS Analytics COE – Scrum Master About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Scrum Master to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Scrum Master role lies within the newly created Analytics Centre of Excellence within the Global Business Services organization.

What you'll do

• Build and coach high performing teams
• Lead and manage all scrum related activities for pods building analytical products
• Facilitate the daily standup meetings which includes both verbal and email communications to collect and consolidate team updates
• Work across sprints to help facilitate capacity conversations and identify work that may be blocked due to resourcing or data challenges
• Help organize, prepare, and facilitate planning sessions & estimations for future sprints

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Agile

• Project management
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
