This role blends strong Agile/Scrum Master capabilities with traditional program and stakeholder management skills, operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

What you'll do

• Agile & Scrum Leadership
• Serve as Scrum Master for Reporting delivery teams, ensuring consistent and effective execution of Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups
• Act as the accountable owner for Agile flow and discipline, ensuring sprint commitments are realistic, achievable, and aligned to business priorities
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery velocity or quality

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Agile
• Stakeholder management
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
