What you'll do
- Responsible for Scrum Team for different modules of the product
- Work with teams, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters, and leaders to foster a culture that supports respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment
- Define and lead an agile vision and strategy that improves as our company advances in our agile understanding
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
