Scrum Master

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. You will help teams turn business priorities into clear sprint goals, maintain actionable backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Working closely with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders, you will facilitate collaboration and remove obstacles to progress.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Product Owners and technical stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and teams remain aligned with business outcomes
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support effective planning, communication
• Align Backlogs with Business Priorities: Partner with Product Owners to maintain clear
• Support Data and Analytics Delivery: Guide teams through data-focused initiatives involving ingestion, transformation, integration, and reporting
• Improve Team Performance: Monitor team progress, facilitate continuous improvement, and help teams establish realistic yet ambitious sprint goals
