Scrum Master - Remote - 3 Months - Octopus by RTG

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Scrum methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to foster continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Identify and help remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management and sprint planning
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress
