About the role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Six Sigma, Lean, and process automation, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and driving significant operational improvements. This role requires robust leadership capabilities and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across functions.

What you'll do

• Oversee the execution of multiple process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies
• Champion the identification and implementation of automation opportunities using RPA, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies
• Drive the exploration and initial implementation of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify improvement areas, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Establish and maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
