Ensure ahderence to roster schedules, occupancy levels and floor SOPs Manage delivery of exceptional service to customers Assure engineers are trained in troubleshooting all queries, requests Handle team with utilization of resources, skill set, availability Engage with managers and other stakeholders for running of service

What you'll do

• Ensure ahderence to roster schedules, occupancy levels and floor SOPs
• Manage delivery of exceptional service to customers
• Engage with managers and other stakeholders for running of service
• Provide resolution to SDWAN customers as per defined parameters
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to action owners

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Telecom
• Troubleshooting
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• CCNA
• CCNP
