About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Faculty / Assistant Professor to join our dynamic Management School. You will play a key role in shaping the future generation of Management professionals by delivering engaging and challenging courses that bridge the gap between theory and practice.

What you'll do

• Design and implement innovative teaching methods that effectively engage students and foster critical thinking
• Create comprehensive syllabi, course materials, and assessments that align with program objectives and industry standards
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them develop their professional goals and navigate academic challenges
• Mentor students in research projects, internships, and capstone experiences
• Contribute to department and university-wide committees and initiatives

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
