• A purpose driven role for you
• Lead and govern the Design Review, DFMEA and DVP-derivation process across all technical domains — Body/Structural, EE, Engine/Powertrain
• Own the department's reliability strategy, standards and governance framework to drive First Time Right design quality
• The role carries end-to-end accountability for the Reliability & Robustness department's output — technical rigor across the five domains, and the people
• It combines hands-on technical governance with team leadership and senior-level program representation
