Section Head – Turbine

About the role

This role is responsible for the maintenance of Control and Instrumentation systems of turbine systems, to oversee the operational integrity and ensuring peak performance and minimal downtime. This role involves strategizing and implementing maintenance solutions, both corrective and preventive, while driving technological advancements through digitization and automation.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with peers and HOD
• Ensure the availability and functionality of auto loops and DCS/DEH systems
• Analyse frequent problems during shifts and devise both short-term and long-term solutions to mitigate issues
• Ensure timely completion of corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure performing of annual overhauling activities and guarantee prompt startup of the unit post-shutdown and overhauling
