What you'll do

• 1.1 Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned region alongwith the team
• 1.2 Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
• 1.3 Responsible for managing GP target for the industry
• 1.4 Responsible for CRM and Account Management activity of the team and use these resources for planning and forecasting
• 1.5 Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers

What you need

• 14–25 yrs of experience
• Sales
• CRM
• Channel sales
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
