Sector Specialist - Acquisitions and Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our India office of DESRI, i.e., DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be a part of Acquisitions and Finance team and will regularly interact with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based teams, as well as external parties.

What you'll do

• Your primary responsibilities include developing and managing detailed financial models for active financing transactions (such as construction to term loans
• Evaluate project returns and capital structures, run scenario and sensitivity analyses across critical variables such as production, pricing, capex
• Support the due diligence process, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to review key project documents, including power purchase agreements
• Be required to work of investment committee materials, present analytical findings to senior management
