Security Monitoring and Badging Specialist

The Security Monitoring and Badging Specialist is responsible for real-time monitoring of security cameras, alarms, and other security systems supporting the Hyderabad office.

What you'll do

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control alerts, and related security systems on a 24x7 basis
• Identify, assess, and escalate suspicious activity, alarms, incidents, and abnormal conditions in a timely manner
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on monitoring activity, alarm events, incident trends, and operational support
• Maintain awareness of ongoing incidents and ensure appropriate follow-through, documentation, and handoff between shifts
• Coordinate verbally and in writing with the GSOC team in Ohio through Microsoft Teams and other approved channels
