Security Officer- SLP

About the role

We're looking for-experienced Security Officers (Security & Loss Prevention) to oversee the seamless and secure functioning of our Quick Commerce operations across Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead our end-to-end Security and Loss Prevention strategy and must be passionate about risk management, creating SOPs, while aiming to foster a culture of accountability and safety.

What you'll do

• Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for site security, fire safety, operations, inventory control, control tower, loss reporting, compliance, adherence
• Resolve disputes effectively, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to diffuse potentially tense situations

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
