Security Operations Officer (DSO)

About the role

The Regional Security Head is responsible for managing security operations across multiple sites, aligning security measures with business goals and the Security Strategy Roadmap. This role ensures comprehensive protection of infrastructure, personnel, and assets through proactive threat assessment, risk management, and the deployment of security strategies that ensure business continuity.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the Security Strategy and roadmap, aligning regional security initiatives with corporate policy
• Develop, manage, and monitor security budgets (Capex and Opex) and secure approvals in consultation with the Vertical Security Head
• Participate in governance meetings, reviewing ongoing initiatives, and suggesting improvements
• Build relationships with local authorities and media to gather intelligence, assessing risks based on current events
• Conduct security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring timely mitigation of gaps in infrastructure, technology, and processes
