What you'll do

• Respond to and analyze a high volume of risk-related tickets promptly and professionally through written communication
• Investigate and assess account activity related to credit card fraud, account takeovers, disputes, and chargebacks to maintain the integrity of the platform
• Identify and escalate complex or suspicious account activity to the appropriate team for further investigation
• Document and track risk-related tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring necessary details are logged
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company risk protocols, policies, and services across fraud, abuse

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Ticketing tools
• Any graduate
