Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting to join our Controllership Team. This is a hybrid position, with requirements for US hours during month-end close. As a Senior Accountant, you'll own key areas of our monthly and quarterly close and take a lead role in designing and maintaining scalable procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP.

What you'll do

• Own month-end and quarter-end close activities including journal entries, OPEX accruals, and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to US GAAP and accounting policies for all assigned accounting areas and monthly close activities
• Perform monthly flux/variance analysis, identifying and explaining material movements to finance leadership
• Collaborate with FP&A and department leaders to analyze and explain monthly actual vs. budget variances
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls
