Senior Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant with a steady track record who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and a fast-moving environment. You'll own key parts of the month-end close, support financial analysis for customer projects, and support and act as backup for our billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions so the team keeps running smoothly at all times.

What you'll do

• Prepare and record month-end close entries, including accruals, prepaid amortization, and other adjusting journal entries
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and fixed asset accounts
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations between the US and India entities and resolve differences on time
• Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules, and reconcile fixed assets to the general ledger
• Review and post payroll journal entries, and reconcile payroll-related liability accounts
