What you'll do

• The Finance Transformation Lead plays a senior role within the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) – Continuous Improvement (CI) , accountable for shaping, leading
• The position requires strong strategic thinking, solution design capability, and stakeholder influence
• Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation and CI initiatives across global finance processes, from opportunity identification through solution design, execution
• Own the design of standardized, scalable, future‑state finance processes, emphasizing simplification, controls, and exception elimination rather than exception automation
• Shape transformation roadmaps, including initiative prioritization, investment framing, value cases, and delivery milestones
