Senior Accountant

About the role

You’ll own the core finance workflows for Findem’s India entity, including accounts payable, vendor and payroll payments, month-end close, and statutory compliance across GST, TDS and export regulations. You’ll keep the books accurate and filings on time, working closely with our external payroll, GST, audit, tax and banking partners.

What you'll do

• Vendor management and accounts payable
• Review vendor agreements and invoices for accuracy, commercial terms, PO and contract match, and GST and TDS compliance
• Work with vendors on queries, missing documents, reconciliations and payment follow-ups
• Prepare payment files for vendors, interns, reimbursements and payroll, and share them for review
• After approval, upload payments to the bank portal and send them to the Manager for final authorization
