Senior Accountant at Legion. Review customer contracts and create Sales Orders in NetSuite to ensure proper revenue accounting treatment.

What you'll do

• Review customer contracts and create Sales Orders in NetSuite to ensure proper revenue accounting treatment
• Partner with Sales and Legal during contract negotiations to flag non-standard terms, discounting issues, or revenue recognition risk
• Ensure complex sales orders and milestones are accurately billed; prepare, review, and distribute customer billing with a service-oriented approach to client inquiries
• Prepare and reconcile deferred revenue, unbilled AR, and commission accrual journal entries
• Review daily transactions related to receivables and customer deposits for accuracy and timeliness
