About the role

Mactores runs two entities, one in India and one in the US. The finance function is two people. You'll be one of them. Accounting is outsourced today. You'll bring it in house, and you'll run it daily rather than monthly. The books close every day, not every month. Cash position is published every day.

What you'll do

• Bring it in house, and you'll run it daily rather than monthly
• Own both entities, India and the US: daily close, cash forecasting, revenue recognition on fixed-fee SOWs, AP and AR, collections
• Working hours are 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm IST. That covers the Indian business afternoon and the US East Coast morning
• Keep the books current every day in QuickBooks for the US and Zoho Books for India
• Keep the ledger queryable

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Accounting
• Accounts receivable
• Transfer pricing
• Zoho Books
• Ind AS
• Any graduate
