Strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial reporting risks.

What you'll do

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Review and analyse financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and financial reporting packages
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures
• Coordinate preparation with external tax preparer and review of corporate tax filings including 1120, supporting schedules and state tax returns

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• US GAAP
• Direct tax
• Internal controls
• Excel
• Compliance
• B.Com or CMA or BBA or MBA or M.Com
