About the role

S/he is responsible for managing the processing of the Journal accounting, Fixed Assets register and preparing timely reconciliations. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finance reports are accurate and up to date. These functions may include accounting, financial reporting, compliance and SOX processes & procedures.

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations in support of month-end closing activities for multiple business units, using BlackLine
• Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger identifying and correcting out of balances, addressing their causes, resolving the possibility of future issues
• Respond to inquiries regarding general ledger balances
• Processing of month end accrual entries
• Post banking related monthly accrual and interest entries
