Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, with a strong understanding of the quick commerce and e-commerce business environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records in fast-paced, high-volume businesses.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations , including recording, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions
• Handle accounting activities related to quick commerce and e-commerce business operations, including high-volume transactions, orders, settlements, expenses
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and other financial transactions
• Process and verify invoices, bills, payment requests, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, operations, sales, business teams, and finance to resolve accounting-related queries
