What you'll do

• The role involves managing ESIC & PF compliance, MSME filings, TDS and GST returns, e-way bills, invoicing, and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM)
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ
• Laptop is mandatory. This role follows a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy
• Auditing: Conduct regular audits, verify financial records, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
• Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM): Ensure proper identification, calculation, reporting, and payment of GST under the Reverse Charge Mechanism

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• TDS
• GST
• Tally
• Accounting
• Excel
• Statutory compliance
• B.Com or BBA or MBA

Good to have

• GST e-way bill
