Accounts Payable – Sr. Coordinator Department: Finance / Accounting — Accounts Payable Reports To: Accounts Payable Manager / Supervisor Job Level: Staff (Individual Contributor) Location: Greater Bangalore Area / hybrid remote

What you'll do

• Process a full range of accounts payable transactions, including three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Review, research, and resolve moderately complex invoice discrepancies, coding errors, and vendor disputes
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP subledger to the general ledger; investigate and resolve variances
• Maintain vendor master data, including W-9 collection, TIN verification, and setup/updates in the ERP system
• Support month-end close activities, including AP aging analysis and preparation of supporting schedules
