Senior Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant will own collections and credit activity for the North America business from our India finance team. In addition to the core AR responsibilities, this role prepares the monthly AR report with management-level analysis, performs customer credit checks, and acts as second-in-command to the AR lead, providing strong support in managing AR activities and processes.

What you'll do

• Own a list of assigned customers and be on top of every account for collection: follow up proactively on open and past-due balances and drive timely payment
• Communicate directly with customers on invoices, payments and past-due balances, and build strong working relationships with the customers you own
• Reconcile customer payments in the system, including cash application, unapplied cash and payment discrepancies
• Support month-end close for AR and assist with audit PBC documentation
• Prepare the monthly AR report, including analysis, and highlight key points that require management attention
