About the role

The Senior Acquisition Manager – RL Sales is responsible for driving the acquisition and deepening of customer relationships to grow the deposit base. The role includes cross-selling financial products, managing branch operations, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving the acquisition and deepening of customer relationships to grow the deposit base
• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships
• Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery across all branch touchpoints
• Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings
• Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement
